The Medical Medium, live, told you guys I'd be here,
Liver Rescue, gonna be talking about foods.
This is a really, really important one.
And before I go into this right here,
which is really critical for the liver,
before I go into this,
I'm gonna talk a little bit about your liver
so you know what's going on.
The only way to get foods to heal your liver
is to know how your liver even works.
And it's not enough if you're out there
and you hop on the internet,
oh, what's good for the liver?
Or you're talking to somebody that's like, oh, this is good for the liver.
That's not enough.
That is not going to do it.
You need to know how your liver works.
What happens when a food goes in your stomach and gets down to the intestinal tract and then goes up into your liver?
What does that do?
What happens?
What do the foods do?
You know, Life Changing Foods, my other book a while back, is a comprehensive food book.
But let me tell you something.
It's not comprehensive for what's going on with the liver.
foods for the liver, the power of a food, what it can do for the liver, how it can change your
liver's direction, which could turn your life around, whether it's eczema psoriasis, whether
it's acne, whatever, diabetes, whatever it is, it's not enough to guess anymore. Do you want to
guess through life? You know, when it comes down to certain things, we're okay with guessing. Fine.
We can guess about this. We can guess about that. We just, we live our lives guessing, right? Is
that what we do? But when it comes down to your health, your family's health, your life, your
quality of living, do you want to guess? You know, it's one of those things where, no, who wants to
guess their way with their health? It's not good. And I want to give you guys as much knowledge and
as much power as possible so you're not guessing your way through your health and wellness.
There's nothing worse than not having the direction or the site or the information.
You know, there's nothing worse about that.
So liver rescue, it's a comprehensive guide with foods.
I'm going to talk about this baby right here, the pitaya.
Some people say different pitaya, but I like to call it pitaya.
That's the one right there.
I'm going to talk about all about it.
So we're going to go into that deeply, but you're going to have to give me a chance
because there's information about how these foods enter your liver that you have to know about.
And I want to give you that now straight out of Liver Rescue.
And, you know, we're going to talk about a few other foods too, what they do too.
I'm going to talk about spinach.
If you just logged on, I'm going to talk about tomatoes, what they do for your liver, the critical aspect.
I'm going to talk about asparagus, what it does for your liver.
And even the hated potato, I'm going to talk about what it does for your liver, how it can help.
Just we're going to cover a few of these and something else too.
So here's how it goes.
You've got a river of blood coming up into your liver.
You have a river of blood pumping into that liver every day.
Right now, with you sitting right here or standing here or whatever you're doing, you've got blood rushing up into the liver.
Imagine that right now.
See it with the vision.
See it with your eyes.
You may as well know what's going on and see what's happening.
So as that blood's just rushing into the liver really fast, because it is, because the liver's sucking that right in there,
what's in there is nutrients.
nutrients from foods. Yep. Nutrients from foods, but not only that, what's in there. If you,
if you're on prescription drugs, cause you have to be because you're not at a certain place with
your health or something's going on, that's rushing up in there. Pesticides, herbicides,
fungicides rushing in that blood, right? All kinds of things, bacteria coming up into that blood.
That's right. Any kind of viral matter coming up into that blood, solvents, chemical stuff,
troublemakers I talk about in here that were completely always doused in every day,
metals that find their way. If you had some tuna recently, that's in the river of blood
rushing up. Why are foods so important? Like good foods, foods that are in liver rescue,
foods that you've got to learn about, foods that you have to learn on how to heal. Why are they
so critical? Because they help your liver. They help it fight what's in that blood that may not
be good, which may not be good for your liver. So that liver of blood, you got to think about this,
this big old river coming through and there's a whole bunch of worker bees, whole bunch of workers.
I call them elves. Inside Liver Rescue, if you guys already got the cover, you're already reading,
you've been reading the book. It's so interesting. That's awesome. Inside here, these little elves I
talk about, they're your liver cells. They're certain liver cells, like liver lobules. I could
hear about this anywhere. Those liver lobules, they're working hard collecting things out of
that river of blood. So as that river of blood is rushing into your liver, these little liver
lobules, these little elves, they're actually collecting things. They're taking nutrients and
putting them over here. Think about it like a storage, like a warehouse. They're taking nutrients,
they're taking poisons, putting them over here. They're taking metals and putting them over here.
They're taking solvents, putting them over here. Chemical fertilizers that are just everywhere,
They're putting them here.
They're taking all this stuff and putting them side to side, prescription drugs, everything.
And they're doing all this, recreational drugs.
They're moving everything over and they're actually organizing it inside your liver.
And do you know what they use to do this?
Do you know what they use?
They use fuel.
This is a pitaille right here.
They use fuel.
They need things.
There's something that happens in your liver.
It becomes hungry.
And I talk about that.
It's right in Liver Rescue right here.
I'm going to read one line to you right now.
All of this work makes the liver hungry.
That's what it does.
But if no one knows what to feed their liver, guess what happens?
Your liver starves.
Do you want to starve?
Do you want to walk around starving?
You know what it's like.
You guys know when you just can't get a meal in time or something's happened or whatever's happened in your life and it's just the food's not there.
Or you're just ravenous.
You're hungry.
Well, the liver gets way more hungrier than that.
the liver can get to a starving point if it's not the right kind of foods that feed those elves,
that feed those liver lobules. Do you see where I'm getting at that? So what happens is you've
got this liver of blood rushing in. All these nutrients have to be gathered and gathered and
sorted and organized, and it takes fuel for that. And these little liver lobules that are doing that,
the liver elves, they're doing it. So this is really important on how it works. So that's the
vision you have to see. We're still going to talk about pitaya. We're going to talk about some other
things too, but I'll start with pitaya. Why not? That's really important. So why would this help
your liver? First of all, you know how you're thinking about beets. Everybody's thinking about
beets. They're all about that. Beets are for the liver. Beets don't even touch the liver compared
to what pitaya can do. And they can't even touch the liver. Well, beets can't touch the liver
compared to what wild blueberries can do for your liver. It's not even possible. But that red thing
that people look at in here, that red thing. I'm going to cut the pitaya open right here. I got a
knife. I'm going to talk about this a little bit more. I'm going to open this right here for you
guys. Open that right there. That's the dragon fruit right there. The red pitaya, the dragon
fruit. Okay. And before you go running out, looking for dragon fruit and everything else,
you still want to know what it does for you. And I'm not going to be able to cover all of that. So
getting liver rescue is going to be important because I'm going to talk about a liver rescue
smoothie in here. That's important too. So you have to know. So what you're seeing right there,
the red pigment in pitaya, that overpowers even the beets. The beet can't touch the pitaya. There's
a lot of reasons for that. There's a lot more nutrients. There's a lot more chemical compounds.
Your liver exists on chemical compounds. It creates over 2000 chemical compounds. Guess what?
Research and science only has about 500 of them. And many of them are theoretical,
theoretical with science and research meaning that the chemical compounds that the liver actually
harbors and produces which is over 500 as far as science and research knows they're theoretical
not many of them are actually not even so-called science facts that's how it works with science
in the liver very little is known about it besides snipping and cutting and removing it and replacing
it with a new one so here's the deal you got your pitaia right here really important it's a smooth
fruit. Very low acid, very gentle on the tummy, easy to eat. You could spoon it out, simple as
that with a spoon and go right into it like this. You can be dropping it in to make your smoothie,
which we're going to talk about your smoothie recipe and everything else. They bring cells
back to life. So those liver, liver lovules that are starving, starving for food because they're
working so hard processing what's coming into the liver. Have you heard this information ever
before about liver? Have you guys heard any of this about liver? I don't think so. It's in liver
rescue. It's in liver rescue. So it's smooth. It's easy to eat. It brings cells back to life.
It helps to rejuvenate cells faster than the beet can ever do. Really important to know,
I talk about how beets aren't really great at all. And I talk about that all the time.
We even talk about it in here. There's the inner core of your liver that holds on to all kinds of
Solvents, pesticides, poisons, fungicides, metals, everything.
It sits in the core.
It dies.
What happens is we walk around and we age.
You guys have been catching the lies, right?
Absolutely amazing.
You're amazing.
What happens is we age when those toxins are filling into the liver.
But they sit in the inner core.
And what happens is they store in the inner core because those liver lobules, those elves, have to store them deep.
Many of them have to be stored deep to protect you.
But if we don't get them out or rejuvenate the inner core, we get in trouble.
This does it.
It's one of the very things that does it.
Really important.
Can help you.
So talk about the smoothie and everything else.
So let me talk about too, about how sweet and light and flavorful they are.
That's another thing.
And I want to talk about this.
You can get frozen pitaya.
You can get that in the freezer section of your store.
So there it is right now in case you're looking or anything like that.
Frozen pitaya.
You can get it in stores.
You can look for a powder.
Go to medicalmedium.com if you want.
We probably have the powder up there so you can find it, so you know where you can get it from Amazon or wherever you need to get it from.
Costco sells it.
The whole bit.
You can go to Costco.
You can go to different stores, Walmart, Target.
So just giving you some examples.
The whole point is – and listen, you guys.
I don't own a bataya factory, so I have nothing to do with it.
You go and you buy your bataya.
That's what you do.
Some people are like, what is he trying to sell?
A bataya or something like that?
Yeah, okay, sure.
Yeah, just like the celery.
Just go to your store, buy celery.
Okay, the point is, here's the deal with the pitaya.
Here's how it works.
When you eat this, imagine what it's doing.
It goes into your stomach.
It drops down into your gut.
It goes down into your intestinal tract.
It goes down into your colon.
As it's sitting down in there in the small intestinal tract, the ileum in the bottom of the colon, it gets drawn up.
It gets sucked up.
It gets absorbed through the walls.
Nutrients and phytochemical compounds inside here, that red color you see, gets drawn up.
into the hepatic highway, right up into that highway of blood I was talking about, that river
of blood that enters into the liver. It enters into the liver, gets in there, and then the liver
lobules, your liver cells can use these chemical compounds to rejuvenate and bring back your liver
and keep you healthy and keep you strong. And that's the power of it. And you might be peeing
red. You might be going to the bathroom red. That's just how it works with the Bataea because
it's so potent and so powerful, you will see the red in your urine. Now listen, there's other types
of pitaya, okay? There's also the white pitaya. That's something too. People worry about the,
meaning they worry, hey, can I get the white dragon fruit probably? You guys are going to be
concerned about that. Yes, you can. Does it work as good as the red one? No, it doesn't. Doesn't
work as good as the red one, but you can still get it. But you can always get, you know, fresh
is hard to get a hold of. It's kind of like the wild blueberries. The wild blueberries, you got
to get frozen. You guys know that. You go to whatever the health food stores and the grocery
stores and frozen wild blueberries are there. Well, that's why it makes it easier. Here's the
frozen pitaya right here. You can go right to the stores and get it frozen. Makes it easy. I want to
talk about a couple other things before I finish up with pitaya. Talk about other foods. What I
like about Liver Rescue is I have information on lots of lots of foods. Dozens and dozens of foods,
what they do for your liver.
It's important to know what asparagus does for your liver.
I'm going to read right out of here,
Liver Rescue, really quick.
Asparagus brings order to a chaotic, sick liver,
and people walk around with chaotic, sick livers
without even knowing this, you guys.
The liver's immune system strengthens instantly
because if you read Liver Rescue,
if you guys are reading Liver Rescue, okay,
the question is where can you purchase frozen pittier?
Listen to this whole thing over again,
just so you know.
So what happens is your liver is actually,
have, it has an immune system. That immune system needs to be fed and these foods do this. And
pitaya does that. Asparagus does that. It helps so the bile can reproduce itself and help you
heal. So asparagus is a great food. There's just foods, lots of different foods in here. It's a
food book with information and all the different foods, everything from cherries, cilantro,
coconut, cranberries, different vegetables, cucumbers, dandelion greens, what it does for
your liver. People say, hey, dandelion greens are good for the liver, but what does it really do for
the liver? Dates, eggplant, figs, garlic, grapes, hot peppers. Let me go into hot peppers a little
bit for you guys. Hot peppers. Hot peppers actually help rush clean, fresh blood up into your liver.
Think about that, how that works. So that's what hot peppers do. That's a quick, easy thing. There's
way more about hot peppers in here that you can read, but that's what it does. It helps draw up
blood into the liver. So when your liver is stagnant, sluggish, it's too toxic. It has too
many toxins and poisons in there. The blood goes in there too slow and the hot peppers draw that in.
So that's something right there that's really important to know. Talking about other things,
kale, kiwis, leafy greens, mangoes, maple syrup, what it does for the liver, lemons and limes. Do
you guys like any of these foods? Mushrooms, melons, onions, oranges, what they do for the
liver. Good question. Do peppers make your liver too hot? No, they don't unless you overeat some
crazy hot pepper that's the hottest ever and your mouth's on fire and you can't even breathe and your
chest is on fire and your stomach is lit up. Just don't do that with some of those dangerous,
dangerous pepper sauces and all that. Just a little bit of hot pepper is all you need.
There's so many things. Parsley, papayas. I talk about papayas. I talk about what they do for the
liver. This is powerful. And of course, the pitaya, potatoes. Potatoes have amino acids that help your
liver's immune system stop viruses, which is behind almost all disease. That's a little thing
I just read real quick, but that's a little touch of it. I talk about spinach, the mineral salts in
spinach help with the 2000 chemicals that the liver produces to help you heal. And get this,
you guys, tomatoes. Last thing right here, tomatoes. Tomatoes are so incredible for the
liver. And that's a shame out there because people don't understand because tomatoes grow by moonlight,
but the fruit, the fruit is different. The fruit is different than the plant itself. People say
it's a nightshade and that's bad. It's not bad. Tomatoes are so healing for you. It's unbelievable.
That's misinformation out there. I talk about that in all the books and all the medical media books.
When tomatoes actually are in your diet, that energy that they collect from the full moon at
night is what stimulates the liver because your liver works at night. Saying a tomato is bad is
like saying your liver is bad because your liver works at night. A tomato plant and a tomato works
at night. That's how it grows. Well, your liver, how it rejuvenates itself, restores cells, it does
it by night. So maybe your liver is just bad. You know what I mean? So you got to think about that.
The tomato is amazing for you. Knowing this stuff is how you heal. So I want you to know that. And
I talk about these things so you can stay inspired.
I put the foods, what they do for your liver.
You know what's amazing about when you look at Liver Rescue and you actually read it and you know what foods to eat
and you know what you're doing for your liver and then you know how your liver works and takes in the foods.
It keeps you inspired so you don't stop healing.
That's the whole point.
Now, there's a smoothie in the back.
I want to talk about that now.
Liver Rescue smoothie right here.
There's the pitaya.
You'll see it in the picture.
You see pitaya in the glass.
There it is right there.
Once again, if you just popped on right now on the live, there's a pataya right there.
So the recipes in here, get the book so you know the recipe.
There's a recipe book always in my books for you guys.
And I don't call this my book.
And you should see it when I'm actually doing it, finishing it and everything.
I call it our book.
That's what I call it, our book.
I always say that.
And you know, what's funny is when people say to me, what do you mean our book?
What does that mean?
It's your book too.
That's the whole point.
I wrote it for you guys.
That's what it is.
A lot of authors write books for themselves and they want people to read them.
I write the books for you.
Okay, bottom line, 369 Cleanse.
Imperative to know about Pattaya.
It's in the 369 Cleanse.
The Liver Rescue Smoothie is in the Cleanse right there.
Please know that.
So here we go.
I want you to stay inspired.
Refer to the food sections in Liver Rescue.
Always go back when you're eating food so you know what it's doing for your liver.
Always know what the Pattaya is doing for your liver.
I love you guys.
I'm going to Facebook Live right now.
So I'll see you there soon, like in just a few minutes.
I hope you come along because I'm probably going to cover different foods, different stuff.
